LifeStance Health is actively hiring professionals to fill mental health jobs throughout New Jersey. We are searching for dedicated and compassionate psychiatrists, psychologists, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs), licensed therapists, and administrative staff. We hire clinicians with a variety of specialties, and we welcome both online and in-person practitioners.

Search Open Positions

We’re actively recruiting physicians specializing in psychiatry to join the nation’s largest providers of outpatient behavioral health care, in New Jersey.

LifeStance is looking for mental health clinicians who hold active licenses in the state of New Jersey. We may also consider applicants who plan to transfer their existing licenses to the state.

Communities throughout New Jersey need expanded access to mental health services, both through in-person and online care. We currently have outpatient mental health care offices throughout New Jersey including Cherry Hill, Clark, East Brunswick, Eatontown, Freehold, Glen Rock, Lyndhurst, Moorestown, Mount Laurel, Parsippany, Princeton Junction, and Ramsey. 

Clinicians and full-time employees at LifeStance Health can access a comprehensive suite of benefits, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans. Employees and clinicians also benefit from paid parental leave and a 401(k) plan with company matching. Qualifying clinicians gain access to Continuing Medical Education (CME).
