LifeStance Health is looking for professionals to fill mental health jobs across the state of Florida. We have locations in the Orlando / Kissimmee area, Ft. Myers, Tampa, Clearwater, Lakeland, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami. Our open positions include psychiatrists, psychologists, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs), licensed therapists, and administrative staff. Our clinicians can choose to work through telehealth or in-person, with minors or adults, and with specific kinds of patients.

We’re actively recruiting physicians specializing in psychiatry to join the nation’s largest providers of outpatient behavioral health care, in Florida.

LifeStance is actively hiring mental health clinicians who hold active licenses in the state of Florida. We may also consider applicants who plan to transfer their existing licenses to the state. We are proud to hire clinicians with a wide variety of specializations.

Communities throughout Florida need expanded access to mental health services, both in online and in-person formats. We currently have outpatient mental health care offices in the following areas: Ft. Myers, Lakeland, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, and The Villages. Candidates who choose telehealth-only positions may work anywhere in The Sunshine State.
