In the Workplace
We have designed actions and policies to support cultural humility and ensure that each employee has the tools and knowledge necessary to be responsive and welcoming to clients. In 2024, our leadership completed implicit bias training, setting the stage for company-wide accountability. Starting in 2025, this training will be available to all corporate teammates and clinicians, ensuring alignment with our commitment to equity and inclusion.

Measuring What Matters
With the support of LifeStance’s National DEIB Committee, LifeStance is developing data collection and analysis best practices to inform accountability metrics and ensure the organization is increasing overall representation.
