LifeStance is seeking dedicated and compassionate therapists to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking to fill mental health therapist positions across the country with licensed professionals across the spectrum of credentials.

We are seeking dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our growing team.

You’ll find in-person and online LMFT positions, and more across 33 states. To be eligible for the mental health careers on this page, you must hold an active clinical license. LMFTs come from diverse undergraduate backgrounds; many earn bachelor’s degrees in social work, human services, psychology or nursing.  MFTs are held to strict licensure requirements, which include at least a master’s level education in the field or related field as well as a period of supervised clinical practice. Licensure requirements vary by state, though many are similar having modeled their requirements after the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy recommendations.
