ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Business Development Associate. They will assist with the marketing of our practice group to primary care physicians, hospital discharge planners, and other referral sources in the assigned market. The position will report directly to the Business Development Director and work hand-in-hand with clinicians and other team members to grow the practice group’s referral relationships. The Business Development Associate will spend their time both out in the field and virtually building relationships and being the face of the company.
Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m. (with occasional evenings and weekends).
Salary starts at $65,000 – $75,000 based on experience.
Responsibilities:
·Assist with the execution of the marketing plan to increase awareness of our clinical service offerings
·Work directly with members of the Marketing and Business Development teams to efficiently strategize and coordinate marketing efforts
·Coordinate regular virtual and in-person visits to primary care offices, hospital discharge planners, and other referral sources
·Arrange educational meetings in coordination with the clinical team to increase clinician to clinician interactions
·Attend local area conferences and other marketing opportunities
·Build relationships with senior level leaders of primary care and other specialty practice groups at a strategic level
·Operate with high integrity and comply with company policies and procedures
Skills and Experience:
·Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
·0-2 years of marketing, sales, and/or business development experience
·Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
·Excellent communication and organizational skills
·Ability to collaborate in a team environment
·Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
