Clinical Psychologist – (PsyD, PhD)

Kirkland, WA Full-time Hybrid $115,000 to $130,000

Job Experience

Experience treating adults, children, and adolescents with a variety of mental healthcare needs.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day job will include: performing psychological assessments/testing/evaluations, diagnosing, developing treatment plans, evaluating treatment plans, providing therapy, and making referrals for additional treatment needs.

Qualifications

Doctoral degree either Ph.D. or Psy.D. State Licensure

Skills

Empathy, communication, active listening, problem solving, ethical, ability to work with diverse populations.

We offer Psychologists:

  • Full Time W2 Position with Sign on Bonus
  • All outpatient – No nights or weekends
  • Generous ‘above market’ compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings. 
  • Annual Income Potential $115,000 to $130,000 +

  • CME/CEU Reimbursement

  • Our practice provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, APA-approved continuing education. We also have talented support staff who handle everything from credentialing to insurance authorizations, and collection of payments.

Psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Psychologists that are:

  • Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington as a Psychologist including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
  • Experienced with caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
  • Psychological Testing available but not required.

Location and Schedule:

  • Offices in Kirkland and surrounding areas
  • Locations are throughout the area to make commuting easier
  • Beautifully designed offices that are thoughtfully laid out
  • Monday – Friday No weekends
  • Flexible Schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules
  • In-Office & Hybrid Positions, offers both In-person & Remote flexibility

As a Psychologist at LifeStance Health, you’re an integral part of our team, serving the mental healthcare needs of our clients. You’ll see clients in an outpatient clinical setting either in-person or via telehealth.
